4. Creators & partners

Creator data is stored for as long as the partnership is active and up to 2 years thereafter, unless legal or contractual obligations require otherwise. Visual material may be kept longer for archive or portfolio purposes unless the creator objects.

Creators may at any time:
Request access, correction, or deletion of their data
Restrict future use of their content
Withdraw consent

5. Sharing data with third parties

- Contract execution (e.g., hosting, accounting, analytics)
- Legal obligations (e.g., tax authorities)
