Service Level & Deliverables Appendix — BoostSquad

This Appendix supplements the BoostSquad Terms & Conditions and applies to all service agreements unless otherwise specified in writing.
Its purpose is to define expectations regarding communication, delivery, revisions, and ownership.
1. Communication & response times
BoostSquad values transparent and efficient communication.
Unless otherwise agreed, the following standards apply:
- Business hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (CET).
- Response time: messages or emails are typically answered within two (2) business days.
- Meetings: project check-ins or review calls are scheduled in advance via email or calendar invite.
- Emergency contact: for time-critical issues (e.g., campaign outages or launch deadlines), clients may contact the assigned project lead directly by phone or Slack.
2. Project workflow
A typical BoostSquad project runs through the following stages:
1. Briefing & kick-off — alignment on objectives, scope, and deliverables.
2. Concept & strategy phase — presentation of creative direction or campaign plan.
3. Production phase — creation of content, media, or marketing assets.
4. Review & feedback — Client provides consolidated feedback per round.
5. Final delivery — approved assets shared in the agreed formats. Timelines depend on project complexity and Client responsiveness.
3. Revisions
Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds unless stated otherwise in the proposal:
- Standard scope: up to two (2) feedback rounds per deliverable (e.g., video, visual, copy).
- Additional revisions beyond this scope are billed at the standard hourly rate or agreed project rate.
- Major conceptual or strategic changes after approval of the concept phase are considered new work and require a new quotation.
All feedback should be consolidated and submitted in writing (e.g., Notion, Google Docs, or email) to maintain clear version control.
4. File delivery & formats
Upon completion and full payment, BoostSquad will deliver the final approved files in agreed formats (e.g., .mp4, .png, .pdf, or .docx).
Unless specifically agreed otherwise:
- Source files (e.g., Adobe, project, or editing files) remain property of BoostSquad and are not included in standard delivery.
- Clients may request source files for an additional fee, depending on the project type.
- Files will be available for download for 30 days after delivery, after which archival or retrieval fees may apply.
5. Performance marketing & ad campaigns
For performance or paid media campaigns managed by BoostSquad:
- Campaign access (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) must be shared securely via Business Manager or equivalent.
- Clients remain the data controller of their advertising accounts and are responsible for ad spend.
- BoostSquad provides monthly performance reports unless otherwise agreed.
- Optimization decisions are made based on data insights and best practices; performance cannot be guaranteed.
6. Timelines & delaysIf the Client delays approvals, feedback, or required input, BoostSquad reserves the right to extend the timeline proportionally.
Deadlines are mutually dependent — both parties must commit to timely communication.
7. Confidentiality & content usageBoostSquad treats all client materials and information as confidential.
However, unless explicitly restricted in writing, BoostSquad may:
- Reference the project or deliverables in its portfolio, case studies, or social channels, and
- Use anonymized data or visuals for promotional or educational purposes.
8. Quality standardsAll work delivered by BoostSquad meets professional creative and technical standards suitable for commercial use on digital platforms, social media, and campaigns.
Any deviations (e.g., experimental or low-fi creative concepts) will be discussed and approved beforehand.
9. Dispute resolutionIn the event of a disagreement regarding deliverables, both parties agree to attempt resolution through open communication before taking formal legal action.
If no resolution is found, the dispute will follow the jurisdiction specified in the BoostSquad Terms & Conditions.
